Analysis of innovation trends based on patent technology for the breedingofedible fungi varieties

Abstract:Takingthebreedingofediblemushroomvarietiesastheresearchobject,atheoreticalanalysisframework guidedby patent inteligence wasconstructed.Basedoncorepatentdata,thepatentlayoutand innovationtrend inthe fieldof ediblemushroombreedingtechnologywereanalyzedfromtheaspectsofdeveopment trend,regionallayout,institutional competitiveness,and technologicallayout.Theresultsindicatethatfrom2000 to2023,global aplications foredible mushroom breding technology patents have shownatrendof“slow increase-rapid growth -stable development".China ranks first inthe World in terms of the numberofpatents,follwed byRepublicofKoreaandJapan.Among the top20 patent holders,thereare16in Chinaand4abroad,withChineseresearch institutionsanduniversitiesaccounting foras much as 40% .The three IPC classification numbers A01G1/04,A01G18/69,and A01G18/60 have the highest number of patents,andtheproductionandsupporting technologyofstrains,straincultivationtechnologymolecularmarkeechnology,etc.arekeytechnicalareas forthebreedingofedible mushroomvarieties.Reducedproductioncosts,improvedproductivity,reducedlaborintensityshortenedbreeding cycles,andincreased yieldandqualityhavebeenhottopics intheresearch and development of patented technologies inthe fieldof edible mushroom breeding in recent years.In summary, theauthor proposes the folowing developmentsuggestions:Focus onthestrategiclayoutofcore breeding patent technologiesand strengthen intellctual propertyprotection;buildan innovativesystemforedible mushroom breedingandbreak through the botleneck of breeding technology;strengthen theconstruction ofthe talent team for edible mushroom seed productionandfillthe talent shortage gap;strengthen innovation inedible mushroomseed production technology andoptimizing strainselection;strengthen inteligentseed productiontechnologytopromotestandardizationand industrializationofeedproduction,inorder toprovidereferenceand guidanceforscientificresearch institutionsandenterprises to carry out forward-looking technologicalinnovationlayoutand improve intelectualpropertyprotection inthefieldof edible mushroom breeding.
