Effects of fertilizer application rate on differential metabolites in facility cucumberleaves

Abstract:To investigatethemechanismoftheeffectsoffertilizerapplicationrateonmetabolitesanddierentialmetabolic pathwaysincucumberleaves,thecucumbervarietyJinyou30wasusedasthetestmaterial,ndnofertlization(CFO), reduced fertilization(CF0.5),conventional fertilization(CF1),and excessve fertilization(CF2)treatments were setup. Gas chromatography-masspectrometry(GC-MS)wasusedtoanalyzethechanges inleafmetabolomics,and themetabolic diffrences between CF0.5,CF2,and CF1 were compared.The results showed that compared with CF1, CF0.5 treatment screened14 differential metabolites,CF2 treatment screened16 differential metabolites,and CF0.5 and CF2 had a total of10diferential metabolites.These diffrential metabolitesare mainlydivided intoaminoacids,sugars,andorganic acids,and their relativeabundance generallyshowsa downward trend under CF0.5 treatment and anupward trend under CF2treatment.Thechanges indifferentialmetabolitesmaybecloselyrelatedtonutrientcontentinsoil,andcucumber leaves may respond to fertilization stress by accumulating amino acids and organic acids.
