速生型大白菜种质资源耐抽性鉴定与综合评价

Identification and comprehensive evaluation of resistance to bolting in fast-growing Chinese cabbage germplasm resource

Abstract:Taking98fast-growing Chinese cabbage germplasmasresearchobjects,7maincharacteristic traitsrelated to boltingandflowering wereselectedas the evaluation indicators forbolting tolerance.Corelationanalysis,principalcomponentanalysis,andmembershipfunctionanalysis wereconductedtocomprehensivelyevaluate thebolting toleranceof fast-growing Chinese cabbage germplasm.Theresults showed that the highest coeficientof variation was the bud stage, while thelowestcoeffcientofvariationwas theflowering stage.Thecorrelation analysisshowed thatthere wasahighly significantpositivecorrelationbetweenthe budding stageandtheflowering stage,indicating thatobservingboththe buddingand flowering stages coulddeterminetheresistanceofthe tested materials tobolting,whichwassimpleandreliable. There was ahighly significant positive corelation between the height offlowering period and the height diferenceof floweringperiod,indicating thatthesizeoffloweringperiodcouldindicatethebolting speedofthematerial.Principal component analysis converted7indicators into2 principal component factors,with acumulative contribution rateof (204号 79.3252% .The 98 germplasm resources were divided into 3 types using the membership function method,and 11 germplasmresources were screened for their resistance to bolting.
