Abstract:Inordertoinvestigatetheeectsofdiffrentconcentrationsoffulvicacidonseedlingbomass, leaf protective enzyme activitysomephysiologicalidicators, soil physicochemicalproperties, andsoilmicrobialquantityofcucumber under continuous cropping. The results showed that fulvic acid at a concentration of 400mg⋅L-1 significantly promoted thegrowth of continuous cropping cucumber seedlings, increased theactivityof superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase inleaves, increased soluble proteinandchlorophyllcontentin leaves, andreduced malondialdehyde and proline content.Inaddition, treatment withappropriateconcentrationsoffulvicacidsignificantlyincreasedthecontentofalkali-hydrolyzablentrogen,vailablephosphorus,vailablepotassiumandorganicmatter,improvedsoilnzyeactivityincreasedthenumberofbacteriaandactinomyces,and decreased the numberoffungiandFusariumoxysporum inthesoil, in turn relieve continuous cropping obstacles and promoted cucumber seedling growth. In general, 400mg⋅L-1 fulvic acid had the best effect in relieving continuous cropping obstacles of cucumber.
