Abstract:ToanalyzethediversityofgermplasmresourcesofPleurotuseryngiistrains,thisstudyscrenedexcellent strainswithshortgrowthperiodandhighyieldasindustrialbreeding materials,imingtoprovidetheoreticalbasis forthe in-depth development of P. eryngii breeding technology.In thisstudy,34 strainsof P. eryngii(B1-B34) collected domestically were usedastestmaterials,andthesomaticcellincompatibilityexperiment,ISSRmolecularmarker tchnologyand agronomic trait evaluation werecomparedandanalyzed,and theexcellnthybridstrainswere selected.Theresults showed that the 34 strains of P. eryngii were rich in genetic variation,with a genetic similarity coeficient from O.73-0.97. When the genetic similarity coefficient was O.85,the 34 strains of P. eryngii could be classified into four categories. The agronomic traitsshowed thatthehighest total yield was B2,and thelowest yield was B7.Theshortest growth period was B1,which tookonly63days,while thelongest growth period wasB11,B14andB30,allofwhich took80days.Basedon the analysisof theaboveresults,theB2 strainwithhighyieldandhighbiologicaleficiencyand theB1strain withshort growthcyclewereselectedas hybrid breeding parents.Finally,theexcellent hybridstrainLX119 wasscreened,witha growth periodof 56 days and a yield of 762.14g⋅bag-1
