Abstract：Redculture，anadvancedcultureroted in Sinicized Marxism，emerges fromthecentury-longstruggesoftheCommunistPartyofChinaleadingtheChinesepeople，embodyingthegreatpracticeofnationalrejuvenation.Asthe"NorthwestHub"of China'sevolution，Gansu posesesabundantredculturalresources.Gansu’suniversities，servingascrucialfrontirsfoririting andpromotingredculture，shoulderthehistoricalmissionofcontinuingtheredheritageandcultivating new-eratalents.This study exploresthesignificanceandchalengesofinheritingandpromotingGansu’sredcultureinlocaluniversitiesinthenewera.Itpro poses pathways includingconstructingaredculturaleducationsystem，buildingedculturalcommunicationbrands，establishingred culturaldisseinationptfos，andtellngdulturalstorieseftivelyesestrategiesitoetteonemparyedsof enhancingcollegestudentsculturalconsciousnsscofidence，andself-reliance，terebyfacliatingtheefeciveinheritancead promotion of Gansu's red culture and contributing to the construction of a cultural power.
