Abstract：RedcultureisdeplyrootedintheproessofmodernChinesehistory，demonstratingthespiritofunity，dedication， andresilience.Incollgepysicaleducationteaching，thisculualforcecanbefectivelyitegratedintotecurrcumsytemallowingstudentsphysicalandmentaldevelopmenttobeelevatedtroughtraining.Thisarticlefocusesontheconotationofedcultureanditsmulti-evelvalueincolgesports.Thoughteachingpracticeandcaseanalysis，itexploresspecificstrategiesforinteat ingredclturetuevelopntiitaatiodbsetaiSiicalltosce isticsofsportsproects taouttheteacing，sonampuseviometandetalsouestouildapractialplafo， constructsdiversfdredcultureteacingresources，integratesevaluationandincentivemechanisms，andcaiesoutintedisipliay cooperationandexpansion.Ihopethesetoughtscanestablishauniqueculturalandsportsintegrationmodelforuniversities，llowingyoungpeopletonotonlyincreaseteirknowledgeandimprovetheirphysicalftnes，utalsogainelightenmentintesofspirit and emotion.
