A Research on the Development of Homestay Tourism in Zhongliao Vilage Under the Economic Slowdown

Abstract：Theeconomic slowdown has had aprofound impact onthe tourismlindustry.Inthis context，tourism hasgraduallybecomeanewchoice to stimulate domesticdemand and promote economic growth.Asan important component ofrural tourism，homestay tourism plays animportant roleinpromoting tourismeconomic development andruralrevitalisation.This studyis based on the strategyof rural revitalisation and the theory of the homestay industry.It analyses the current situation of lodging tounism development in Zhongliao village，studies its existing problems，and puts forward an overall planning of homestay tourism.It also strengthenstheattractionof investment.ThedevelopmentofIPproducts for mininghomestaytourismis tobe deepened，while the form of homestay tourism products is to be innovated.The correlation between homestay productsand tourist attractions is tobereduced，whiledifferentiationbetween off-peak and on-peak seasons is to beweakened.Finally，the supporting facilities aroundhomestay tourismare to be improved.Inordertoassistthevillagers of Zhongliaoinovercomingthechallenges posed by homestay tourism，achieve ruraleconomic growthand facilitaterural revitalisation，itisnecessarytoimplement supportingfacilities around homestay tounism and other countermeasures.
