Abstract：Thecultivationof innovative talents varies across different periods，but fundamentally，itis aboutimplementing therequirementsof thestrategyof invigoratingthe countrythrough scienceandeducationandfulfilling theneed tobuildaneducation powerhouse.Whileuniversities haveachieved certainre sults in the cultivation process，from the perspective of nurturing talents for the Party and the nation， thereareissues suchas insufficient student understanding，weak partyspiritcultivationand overall quality，inadequatefromhigh school touniversity，lackofcontinuity，andpolarization.Basedonthefundamentaltaskofmoraleducationandpersonal development，thispaper proposestooptimizethecultivationpath waysof innovativetalents fromaspects suchasfirmingupidealsand convictions，cultivatingadeep sense of patriotismandfamilyvalues，clarifyingeducational responsibilitiesand jobresponsibilities，andpromoting multi-dimensionalcollaborativeeducationand holisticplatform-based cultivation，with theaimof improvingthequality ofinnovativetalent cultivation.
