Abstract:The impact of artificial intelligence on enterprise human resource management mainlylies in three aspects:First,the substitution effectin job positions,while giving rise to emerging occupations withhigh skillsandhigh salarypremiums;The secondisthe boundary-removingeffect inworking methods, promoting jobmodularizationandthepopularizationofremoteworking.Thethirdisthepolarizationeffect of work income distribution,which leads to an expansion of the income gap between technicalland nontechnicalpositions.Theabove-mentionedtripleeffects have broughtabout numerouschallengesat both the enterpriseand governmentlevels:attheenterpriselevel,therearemainlytwo majorpredicaments:insufficientAIliteracyofmanagersandthelackofcompatibilityof HRsystems;atthegovernmentlevel,thereare three major problems:lagging laws,mismatched social security,and disconnection in education.This article suggests that at the enterprise level,a transparent AI decision-making mechanism should be established,data governance strengthened,anda human-machinecollaborative training model developed.At the government level,analgorithmicregulatory framework should beestablished,the“per-bill payment”mechanism forsocial security shouldbe innovated,andacollaborative training system among government,enterprisesand schools shouldbedevelopedto provideasystematic solution forthe reconstructionof the human resourceecosystemin theera ofartificial intelligence.
