Abstract： Both Chinese and Western civilizations are models of civilization in human society.In the dynamic and balanced process of interaction，they nourish and compete with each other，injecting an unceasing powerofdevelopment into human society.However，the development ofcivilization（humanaffairs）is subject tothelawofnature，which exists between heaven and earth，between mountainsand waters，justlike thealternation of dayand night andthe rotationof seasons：Western civilization has formed the ideology of protecting individual rights，whichis veryconducive tothe promotionofsubversive innovations，and promotes thehighspeedof technological andeconomicdevelopment，butresultsintheseriousdestructionofthenatu ral environment，whichis reversed bythelawof“the oppositeof what isextreme".The Chinesecivilization hasdevelopedtheideologyof serving thepeople，promotingeconomicdevelopmentthroughimitativeinnovationandurging theChinesepeopletodotheir utmosttoprotectthenaturalenvironment，whichwill surely injectaconstant streamofvitalityandwisdomintotheworld'sdevelopment.Therefore，Chinesecivilization will soon lead the world development.
