Abstract:Culturalrevitalizationisnot onlythesoul ofrural revitalizationof Xinjiang Productionand Construction Corps Corps，butalsothe practical need to fulfill the Corps'“three functions”and play“four roles".Asa kindof soft power,cultural activities can not onlyenrich thecultural lifeof the group,promotecultural exchanges，butalsohaveapositiveimpact onthecohesionofthegroup,theinheritanceoftraditionalculture，thedevelopmentofregionaltourismandtheimprovement ofpersonal quality.Thecontinu ousparticipationof employees is the basisand footholdof sustainable|promotionof theculturalconstructionof the Youth League field.Based on the CAC(cognitive→affective→emotional）theoretical model,this paper studies that the connotation，quality and formof cultural activities are the core factors that affect employees'continuous participationbehavior.Theregressionanalysis was used toanalyze howthe experiencevalueaffectedthe continuous participation behaviorof culturalactivitiesinthegroup field.There search results showed that improving theexperience valueof cultural activities could bring more richand profound feelings to the employees,make them obtain more spiritual satisfaction in the process of participating in cultural activities,promote the communicationand cooperation among the employees,and increase ithe willingness to continue to participate in cultural activities.
