Abstract：China’smilitary-civilianintegration development inthe South China Seaand itscontrol of the South China Sea have been attracting much attention.As a leading country in the South China Sea， China is willingtoexplore thetheoryand practiceofmilitary-civilian integrationandeffectivecontrol tactics in theSouth China Sea based onthe concept ofa communitywitha shared future for mankind，and to reveal the internal connection between military-civilian integration and effective control tactics in the South China Sea.Therefore，onthe basisof exploringthe South China Seaissue andthemilitary-civilian integrationand control tactics in the South China Sea，this paper studies the theoretical and practical promotion of military-civilianintegration and effective control tactics inthe South China Sea based on the concept of a communitywitha sharedfuture formankind，and prospectsthefutureresearchdirectionand feasibility of “theoryand practice”ofmilitary-civilian integrationand effective control tactics inthe South China Sea， inorderto continuously promote theeffectiveness of the south China sea control tactics，continue to promote the military-civilian integration of the South China Sea level high quality development.
