Abstract:Marx's productivity theory has laid a sound foundation for the development ofinewquality productivity,and the specificrealitywith Chinese characteristics has provideda sourceof innovation for the development of newquality productivity.Compared with Marx's theory of productive forces，the new qualityproductive forces keep the fundamental driving force of the great development of productive forces,the funda mental position of taking the peopleas the center and the fundamental direction of the Communist Road，and innovate the essence of the advanced productive forces，the characteristics of the innovative element group andthe keytothehigh-qualityindustrialchain.Facing thefuture,topromote thehigh-qualitydevelopment of newquality productivity through“uphold fundamental principles and break new ground”,we should take the dialecticalandunified methodologyas thekeyguidance，and atthe macrolevel，pay attention to the establishmentof new and oldindustriesfirst andthen the destruction;Atthemesolevel,we shouldpayattention tolocalconditions indifferent regions；Atthemicrolevel,weshouldpayattentiontothesteady progress ofvariouselements.
