高职院校教师参与产教融合的影响因素分析

——基于扎根理论的质性研究

Abstract:Theeffectiveparticipationofteachersintheintegrationof industryand educationis not only animportant starting point to promote industrial scientific and technological innovation and accelerate theformationofnewproductiveforces,butalsoaneffectivewaytocultivatehigh-levelskilledandinnovative talents.Using the grounded theory,this paper explores the actual situation and influencing factors of teachers'participationintheintegrationofindustryandeducation.Theresearch findsthat teachers'participation inthe integrationof industry,science and educationinhigher vocational colleges isaffected by personal factors,perceived value,professional ability and external environment.Based on this,teachers' participationinthe integration of industry and educationcan be improved by anchoring theinideas, strengthening the incentive mechanismof school,enterprise and local government,integrating multiple re sources and other ways.
