Abstract:From November 2021 to October 2023，seven cities including Jinan,Shanghai，Nanjing， Hangzhou, Hefei,Jiaxing，and Zhongguancun in Beijing have successivelybeenapprovedas national level scienceand technology innovation financial reform pilot zones.Asof theendof 2024，nationallevel science and technologyinnovation financ eform zoneshave cces inch scienceand technologyinnovation financial workstations.Amongthem，Hefei Cityhaslaunched theconstructionof the firstbatchof5scienceandtechnology innovation financial workstations，and plans tolaunch the constructionofthe second batch of science and technology innovation financial workstationstoachieve ful1cover age"inall countiesanddistricts ofthecity.After yearofconstructionand operation，thefirst batchof scienceandtechnology innovation finance work in Hefei has completed spatial supporting construction，in stitutional management construction,service personnel allocation,and normalized investment and financing docking，graduallyestablishingthebrandimageandinfluenceoftechnologyenterpriseinvestmentandfi nancingservicelmanagersthroughout thecity.Basedonthepolicymeasures introduced byvarious scienceand technologyinnovationfinancialreformpilotzones,thisarticleattemptstoprovidestrategiesand sugges tionsforimproving thequalityandupgradingof theconstructionand operationof scienceandtechnology innovation financial workstationsin Hefei Science and Technology Innovation Financial Reform Pilot Zone throughresearch ontheprogressandeffectivenessof various formsandtypes of science andtechnologyinnovationfinancial workstations,scienceandtechnology financial stations,and technology financial service stations，aswell asin-depthanalysisofquestionnairedata fromfinancialinstitutions,scienceand technologyinnovationenterprises,and the government.
