Abstract： It is great significance to explore the impact soybean producer subsidy policy on farmers'welfare for consolidating thefoundation foodsecurity improving the incomeguaranteemechanism grain farmers.Based on the provincial-leveldata13majorsoybeanproducingareas from 2Ol2 to2O2，this paperempiricalltests theimpactsoybean producersubsidypolicyon farmers'welfare byusing diference-in-diferences model，mediating effect test DEA— Malmquist method. The results show that when the efect producer subsidy policy increases by 1% ，the welfare farmers increases by 0.218% on average，indicating that the soybean producer subsidy policy can significantly improve the welfare farmers，theconclusionisstillvalidafter solving theselection biasthrough avarietyrobustnesstestmethods.The producersubsidy policywillalsohave a positiveimpactonagricultural technology progress soybeanunit output lvel，which inturaects tewelfareefectsoybeangrowersinthepolicypilotareas.Basedonthis，itissuggestedturtherimprovethe subsidypolicyforcornsoybean producersimprove thetechnological progres levelunitoutput level soybean planting，soastomobilietheenthusiasmfarmers togrowgrain，finallachievestablegrainyieldincomeincrease.

0 引言

计公报》数据显示，截至2022年末，全国粮食总产量687 000kt ，年度粮食对外依赖度约 17.6% ，中国进口大豆达 91 100kt ，占进口粮食比重的 62.01% ，由于进口《中华人民共和国2022年国民经济和社会发展统依存度较高，亟须扩大国内自产大豆规模。（剩余12472字）
