模拟秸秆还田条件下土壤力学特性研究

Abstract:To aleviate thecompaction of field soil by agricultural vehicles,a study was conducted to add wheat straw insidethesoiltoreducethestress transferredbytirestothedeepsoil.Firstly,atiresimulationmodelwasestablished, and pure soil model andsoil model containing straw were established by using the discrete element software(EDEM). Thetire model was imported into EDEM to establish the simulation modelof tire-soil.With other simulation conditions unchanged,the tire speeds were set at 1m/s. 3m/s, and 5m/s respectively to simulate the driving process of tires on the two soil models under diferent speed conditions.The indoor soil compaction experiment was carriedout by applying pressures of 50kPa 、 100kPa , 200kPa 、 400kPa and 800kPa to the pure soil and the soil sample containing straw throughthe soil consolidometer.Theresultsshow that when the soil containing straw issubjected to verticalload loading, the increment of stress change is significantly less than thatof the pure soil stress change increment.Bycomparing the simulation resultsobtained inEDEMwith theresultsofthe soilcompaction experiment,the subsidenceamountof the soil model containing straw and the subsidence amount of the pure soil model are reduced by 10% ,which proves the validity of the simulation model and verifies that the addition of straw can achieve the effct of alleviating soil compaction.

拟轮胎在行驶过程中的挤压变形情况,但大多数农业材料(如土壤颗粒和秸秆颗粒)都具有离散特性,有限元方法难以准确描述土壤被局部破坏以及轮胎压实后农业车辆作业过程中,有限元方法可以有效地模土壤颗粒流动的情形。(剩余12415字)
