Abstract:Inviewtheserious blockageandhigh temperatureriseArtemisiaargyiintheprocesing,akindArtemisia argyi cryogenic processing device with automatic screen cleaning function isdesigned.The device is mainly composed housings,crushing part,sieve cleaning part,discharge system,transmisionsystemandframe,etc.Artemisia argyi is crushed bythejoint actionbetween thecrushingpart,toothplateand sieve,andthe materialsarescreenedandcolected by thesieveclearing part and thedischarge system.A prototypecryogenic processing machine was built,anda ternary quadratic regresson combination test wasconducted withrotor speed,crank speed and suction air volume as the test factors, andthemoxayieldrate,temperatureriseandmicrogrindingdegreeasthetestindexes,amathematical modelbetweenthe factorsand indexeswas established,andtheoptimalcombination parameterswasdetermined.Theresults showed that the best production effect was achieved when the rotor speed was 2200r/min ,the crank speed was 60r/min ,and the suction air volume was 0.13m3/s .At this time,the moxa yield rate was 25.88% ,the temperature rise was 5.52∘C ,and the micro-grinding degree was 73.01% . The design meets the requirements Artemisia argyi processing.
