水稻无人机多排型槽式条直播排种装置设计与试验

Abstract:Aiming at the problem thatthe rice unmannedaerial vehicle(UAV)seeding operation seedsarenot in a row, which isnotconducivetothe later fieldmanagement,the peleted seds have poorcavitationabilityand highcostof seed coatingtreatment,theresearch onhigh eficient strip direct seeding technologyof rice UAVwith singlesed box and multiplerowsofseed tubes wascarriedout.Akindofmultirowfurrowdirectseeding method withlateralseedflling,soft brushingandseed cleaning without seed conservation was proposed.The correlation betwee the structural parametersof thesedng wheelandtheamount of seeds wasanalyzed,and thestructural parametersofthe seeding wheel were determined.Under the premise of determining the length of the seding pipe through the rotor airflow simulation,the kineticmodelof therice sedin theseeding pipe wasestablished,the structural parametersof the seeding pipe were optimized,the influenceof therotating speedoftheseedingrowwheel,the heightoftheseedingrowandtheairflowof the rotoronthedifusiondiameterwasstudiedto verifythecorrectnessof thetheoreticalcalculation.Throughthebench test, it was verifiedthatthe seedingquantityof theseed discharge device metthe seedingquantity demand,thecorrelation between thediameterof theseeding discharge whee,thewidth of theslot,the depth of theslotand theconsistent variationcoeficientof thedisplacementofeachrow,andthe stablevariationcoeficientof the total displacement was analyzed,andthestructuralparametersof theseedingdischarge wheelwere determined.Thefieldtestresultsshowed that when the flying height was 1m ,the flying speed was 3m/s ,the striping index was 22.7% ,which met the requirements oftheunmannedaerialvehicleinstripbroadcastingoperationandachieveduniform striping.Thestudyprovides theoretical supportandexperimental basis forthe designof ricestrip directseedingmachineryand the determinationof reasonable working parameters and has reference significance for the mechanization of rice planting.
