Abstract:Thefimcollectiondevice,asthemain functionalcomponentof theresidualfilmrecyclingmachine,itsstructural principleand working performanceare directlyrelated to the overallstructure,productioncost,convenientoperation,and operationaleficiencyof themachine.Thisarticlestudies themembranecolletion devicesof residualfimrecycling machines that are widelyused in practical production,with aparticularemphasis onanalyzingthestructuralcompositionand working process of typical membrane collction devicesof residual filmrecycling machines.Theadvantagesand disadvantagesofdiferentmembranecollctiondevicesaresummarized,itisproposedthatbalingfimcollctionremins the maindevelopmentdirectionoffilmcolection technologyforresidualflmrecycling machines inthefuture.Accordingly,itis proposedtodevelopsuggestions such as enhancing durability,improving the accuracyofintegration with the whole machine, and improving the levelof automation.Thedevelopmentoffilmcolectiondevices willcontinue toadvancein thedirection ofgreatereficiency,inteligenceandautomation,providingreferencesfortheoptimizationandimprovement,and technological progress of membrane collection devices of residual film recycling machines.
