辣椒穴盘苗钵夹持力学性能试验研究

Abstract: To reduce damage to the substrate of pepper plug seedlings and improve the eficiency of seedling extraction and placement,compressivemechanicalpropertiestests wereconductedontheplugseedling trays.Thepressre-deformation characteristicsofthetrayswere studied,andtheefectsofdiferentclipwidthsandloadingspedsonthecompresive strength of the trays were investigated.Taking the tray's watercontent,clampingangle,and substrateratioas influencing factors, compressive strength andcrushing compresion amountas performance indicators,,a quadraticorthogonalrotationcombination testwasused toestablisharegresionmodelbetweenthe influencingfactorsandperformance indicators.Theimpactofeach factoronthe performance indicators was analyzed.The results showed that the maximum compresive strength of the trays was achieved with a clip width of 10mm and a loading speed of 80mm/min . When the tray's water content was 61.012% , the clamping angle was 10.095∘ ,and the substrate ratio was 2:2:1,and the compressive strength of the plug seedling trays was (204号 0.131MPa ,and the crushing compression amount was 8.126mm . This resulted in minimal damage to the trays.
