摘 要:猪肉制品是我国居民主要的动物蛋白来源,具有丰富口感和较高营养价值,但存在重金属残留等食品安全问题。本文分析了猪肉制品中重金属的来源、危害及检测标准,旨在增强人们的食品安全意识,推动相关部门采取有效措施减少重金属污染的产生和扩散,保护环境和人们身体健康。

Analysis of Heavy Metal Sources, Hazards and Detection Standards in Pork Products

Abstract: Pork products are the main source of animal protein for China’s residents, with rich taste and high nutritional value, but there are food safety problems such as heavy metal residues. This paper analyzes the sources, hazards and detection standards of heavy metals in pork products, aiming to enhance people’s awareness of food safety, promote the relevant departments to take effective measures to reduce the generation and spread of heavy metal pollution, and protect the environment and people’s health.
