摘 要:食品微生物检测中,选择合适的质控品并合理应用可有效提高检测结果的准确性和可靠性。本文分析了目前质控品应用过程中出现的问题,并提出了相应的质量控制对策,对提高食品微生物检测的整体质量具有指导意义,为今后相关领域的研究提供了参考。

Application Study of Quality Control Products in Food Microbiological Testing

Abstract: In food microbiology testing, the selection and rational application of appropriate quality control products can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of test results. This paper analyzes the current problems in the application of quality control products and proposes corresponding quality control countermeasures, which is of guiding significance to improve the overall quality of food microbiological testing and provides a reference for future research in related fields.
