摘 要:随着人们饮食、消费观念的转变,“营养、健康”成为大众消费的主流,传统的食品生产技术已不能满足现代食品的要求。在海洋经济发展浪潮下,海鲜丸子经济得到了高速发展,将营养互配技术融入海鲜丸子生产中,解决了海鲜丸子营养单一、营养价值低等问题,提升了海鲜丸子的营养价值及食用价值。

Application of Nutrient Matching Technology in Seafood Balls

Abstract: With the change of people’s diet and consumption concept, “nutrition and health” has become the mainstream of mass consumption, and traditional food production technology can no longer meet the requirements of modern food. Under the development tide of Marine economy, the economy of seafood meatballs has been developed at a rapid rate. The integration of nutrient mixing technology into the production of seafood meatballs has solved the problems of single nutrition and low nutritional value of seafood meatballs, and has improved the nutritional value and edible value of seafood meatballs.
