食用农产品保鲜技术概述
摘 要:随着我国农业的快速发展以及农产品产量和流通量的逐年增加,保障食品的新鲜度和质量至关重要。本文介绍了食用农产品传统保鲜技术以及新型保鲜技术的应用情况,根据食用农产品自身的特点,选用合适的保鲜技术,提高我国农业现代化的发展水平。

Overview of Preservation Technology in Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: With the rapid development of agriculture in China and the increasing production and circulation of agricultural products, ensuring the freshness and quality of food is crucial. This paper introduces the traditional and new preservation technology of edible agricultural products. According to the characteristics of edible agricultural products, choosing suitable preservation technology is bound to improve the development level of agricultural modernization.
