摘 要:湿米粉因其口感爽滑、质地柔韧,深受人们喜爱。当前,我国湿米粉行业鱼龙混杂,部分生产者是食品小作坊,导致湿米粉存在一定的食品安全隐患。本文研究梳理了湿米粉存在的主要食品安全风险,并针对性地提出质量控制措施,旨在推动湿米粉行业的健康发展。

Wet Rice Flour Food Safety Risk and Quality Control Measures

Abstract: Wet rice flour is loved by people because of its smooth taste and flexible texture. At present, the wet rice flour industry in China is a mixture of good and bad, and some producers are small food workshops, leading to a certain food safety risk of wet rice flour. This paper studies the main food safety risks of wet rice flour, and puts forward quality control measures to promote the healthy development of wet rice flour industry.
