Analysis of Influencing Factors and Quality Control Countermeasures of Food Microbiological Inspection

Abstract: Microbiological food testing is indispensable in ensuring food safety and quality. In this context, this article analyzes the pivotal factors influencing microbiological food testing and presents a series of quality control measures, encompassing the establishment of standardized operating procedures, the implementation of a quality control framework, training and skill enhancement, environmental management and equipment monitoring, as well as data management and analysis. The objective is to uphold the safety and quality of food products.
