国内外食品中二氧化钛的标准法规现状研究

摘 要:二氧化钛是食品领域中重要的白色色素,本文总结了食品中二氧化钛的安全性问题,对国内外关于食品中二氧化钛的标准法规进行比较,并针对目前存在问题提出改善建议,为后续开展二氧化钛的研究提供依据和参考。

Research on the Status of Standards and Regulations of Titanium Dioxide in Food at Home and Abroad

Abstract: Titanium dioxide is an important white pigment in the food industry. This article summarizes the safety issues of titanium dioxide in food, compares domestic and foreign standards and regulations on titanium dioxide in food, and proposes improvement suggestions for the current problems, providing a basis and reference for future research on titanium dioxide.
