案例教学法在“智能制造过程故障诊断技术”教学中的应用
Abstract:Withtherapiditerationof theintellgentmanufacturingindustry,thetraditional teaching methodsusedinthecourse of"Intellient ManufacturingProcess FaultDiagnosisTechnologyproveinadequatetomeecurrentchalenges.Thesechalleges encompassinterdisciplinaryknowledgeintegrationadmergingintellgnttols‘impact,inderingstudents‘globalcopitie nes.This studyinnovatively proposes amixed teaching mode basedoncase teaching with thereal scientificresearch enviroent examples,theshoolenterprisejointcaselibrary,thepasedimplementationofcases,andtheonineandoflinedualtackeaching implementation.Byincorporatingvirtualsimulationtechnologyandgenerativeatificialinteligencetechnologytoehancepross evaluation,tisaproachistoultivatesudents‘industriallogicaleasoing,nterdisiplinarynowledgeaplicationpbilities,and problem-solving proficiency in complex engineering contexts.

“智能制造过程故障诊断技术”课程面向智能制造工程专业大四年级学生,智能制造工程专业作为教育部新工科建设的新兴专业,紧密对接国家及地方产业升级的人才需求,整合多学科领域,融合感知控制、人工智能、信息处理、智能系统、工业网络等技术,聚焦智能感知决策、智能信息处理、智能装备系统控制等专业方向,致力于培养能够在工业生产一线胜任系统设计、生产管理、技术开发与应用等专业工作的复合型工程技术人才[1]。(剩余4547字)
