Abstract：Experimentalteaching holdsapivotal positioninthetrainingof medical professionals.Itservesasacritical bridge conecting theoreticalknowledgewithclinicalpracticeandisansentialands-oncomponentfordevelopngstudents‘practical skill.Therefoe，strengheningpracticalteacingisofgreatnesityBecauseofteinsuffentdistributiooflasshoome experimentscouldnotbearaged inclass;therefore，anexperiment electivecoursewasopened.Someeducationalrefosgestions coveringseletionof experimentalcontentandcuriculumimplementationwereproposed，hoping toimprovetheeration skillunderstandingofteknowedgepointsandinterestinlearingoftestudents.Troughself-desigedexperimentalprotcols， this course could also play an active role in the cultivation of innovative thinking for students.
