Abstract:The OBEconceptfocusesoncultivating students'abilityto solve practical problems and provides new ideasforthe reformofpracticalteachinginbologicalsciencemajors.Atpresent,therearethefolowingproblemsinthepracticalteachingofbiologicalsciencemajors:thepracticalteachingobjectiveslackpertinence;thepracticalcurriculumsystemneedstobeimproved;the teaching stafflackspractical experience;andtheevaluationmechanism isimperfect.BasedonthepracticeofOBEconcepts,this articlecarresoutteachingrefors,cludingclarifingpracticalteachinggoals,optimzing thecuricuumsystemimproving teac ers'practicalabilitis,ndimprovingteevaluatiomehanism.Troughfors,udents'practicalskilndinovaioili canbeiprovedndalnttainigcanbeoctedwithdustryeeds,inodertoeteretsocietysmandforlidtalents in biology majors.
