AbstractUsingNngqiNo.5asthestmaterial,odiumseleniteastheseleumsourcndPGPRstrainssrendandpreseedite laboratory as the research object,by examining the SPAD values of the upper,middle,and lower leaves, vc content,dehydroascorbate reductaseacitycoteectivityndutatuctastiilas,tsoftatos growthpromotigacterontephotoseticfncyndtressresistanceofgojerrleavsereexpodThesultssowdtate SPAD value of the upper leaves of goji berries was highest in the Se5 + B1 treatment,the SPAD value of the middle leaves was highest in the Se10+B1 treatment,the vc content of the leaves was highest inthe Se5+B1 treatment,the glutathione reductase activityand ascorbic acid oxidasactitofhelaveserehghstintSeO+Btreatment,andtedehydroascobatereductaseactivityofteleavsasighstithe Se2O+BltreatmentforthezospheregrowthpromotigbacterumB1.FortheizospheregrowthpromotigbacterumB2,theSPADvalues of the upper leaves were highest in the Se5 + B2 treatment,and the SPAD values of the middle leaves were highest in the B2 treatment. The vc (20 contentwashghstinteSO+Btreamntndtctivisofutatioeductase,dhydroascoratereductase,ndscobcido dasewerellhghestintee2OB2treatent.FortezosperegowthpromotigbacteruB,theSPADvalueofteuperleavesas highestntheB3treatment,theSPADvalueof hemidleleaveswashighestintheSe5+B3treatment,theSPADvalue,glutathioneeductase,dehydroascobateructaseactiviy,andascorbicacididaseactityofteloweraveserehghestinthSe2O+B3treantand the vc content of the leaves was highest in the Se10 + B3 treatment. Through grey relational analysis,the weighted correlation degree of physiologicalandoalatooftratedesraaoftreatedradgere wasB1,B2,rB,theweighedcorreltiondegeofombiningithSe2OashgherthantatofthesaestraincombinedwitherSe concentratiosereforetombiatiofe2disoreoduietmprovingthotosthticficndtresssisaef goji leaves.
