AbstractObeie]oexplorethetfompoudofnaturalplantetractsomposdofMagoliafnalis，hoajpoicL.， CurcumalongaL.，EucommiaulmoidesOliv，etc.onthepreventionandtreatmentofranslucentpost-larvadisease（TPD）inLitopenaeus vannamei.[Method]Minimuminhibitoryconcentrations（MCs）ofthecompoundagainst7Vibriostrainsharboringhighlylethalvirulence geneswastestedbymicro-bothdlutiometodTroughestablishingapreventionandtreatmentmodelforTDfLitopenaeusvannameithe natural plant extractscompound was mixed with commercialdietandfed tothe shrimp seedlingsat three doses of5，10and 15g/kg .The efectofthenaturalplantextractcompoundinpreventingandtreatingTDwasevaluatedthroughsurvivalrateindicatorsResulteMCs of natural plant extracts were 128mg/L against alltested Vibrio strains.In the prevention of TPD，the survival rates of challenge test at both 12 h post-treatment and 60h post treatment of all tested doses groups were significantly higher（ P<0. 05 ）than those of the positive control group，which were 83.3-85.0 and 60.O- 63.3 percentage point respectively，with no dose-dependent effects （ P>0.05 ）.In the treatment model，thesurvalatesofttestedosegroupseeigfantlygrantatfeositiveotrolgoup.oreoveresno significant difference in survival rates between the 1O and 15g/kg groups（ P>0. 05 ），but both were significantly （17.4-18.7 percentage point）higher than that of the 5g/kg group.Al treatment groups maintained normal feeding behavior and physiological status without observableadversefousiotsmpondofuralplantetractssprevetieandrapeticsofa vidingothexpeentalvalidatiodtoreticalfoudatiofoevelopingofdlydgsforteprevetodtreamentofigl Vibrio.
