AbstractOjectie]ltsamplofiicialchanthvrietsdaletestequecsofi throughtraitcoparisonndbarcodingholgdertoitngish.mofol‘Bju’froeredicalhantsat both trait and molecular levels.[Method]Fresh flower and leaf samples of c . morifolium‘Boju’，C.morifolium‘Damaya’，C. morifolium ‘Gongju’，C.morifolium‘Huaihuangju’，C.morifolium‘Qiju’and C .morifolium‘Hangbaiju’were collected.The traits of different medicinal chrysanthemuseredifretiatedbyomparingthcaracteristsoffowersndleavs.Tectedfowrandleafpleseudfor DNAextractioithakitThesb-trHsquenceseraplfiedndsujectedtoSangersequencng.Sequencealigmentandalyise conductedusingDAN8.0andteevolutionarytreewasconstructedusingMEG11.Otoomparethedierecesintesb-tHe quencesbetweenC.morifolium‘Boju’andothermedicinalchysanthemums.Result]Dierentmedicinalchysanthemumshavesigifcant characteriticsoftfowsdav.ereaeifcantdifeecsioeositaeoflglatefowrsflorolod leaf shape.Fresh flowers canbe significantlydistinguished.However，afterdrying andshrinking，the appearancesof C .morifolium‘Boju’， C. morifolium‘ Qiju’，C.morifolium‘ Gongju’and C . morifolium‘Huaiju’become similar，making it difficult to distinguish the dried flowers.By comparingthepsbA-trHsquencesofthesixmedicinalchrysanthemums，itasrevealedtatCmorfolim‘Boju’hasthreeutatioites within a 443 bp range，located at 235 bp（C-T），288 bp（A-T），and 336 bp（A-G）.The NJ tree indicates that C .morifolium‘Boju’can be clusteredidependentlyanddiferetiatedfrooermedicinalcrysanthemus.ConcusiTesbA-trHsequencanbedtodisti guish C.morifolum‘Boju’，C.morflium‘Damaya’，C.morifolium‘Gongju’，C.morifolum‘Huaihuangju’，C.morifolium‘Qiju’and C morifolium‘Hangbaiju'.
