AbstractThe acute toxicity of a new insecticide 10% bifenthrin ⋅ clothianidin suspension concentrate （SC）to five environmental organisms includingBomyoiApisellfraL，isenfidoielleptepucatdicatrierestdul showed that the 96 h-LO of bifenthrin ⋅ clothianidin 10% SC to B .mori was 0.141mg/L ，indicating poisonous.The 48h-LD50 （oral and 50 contact）to A . melifra L.were 0.O06 59 and O.O66 70 μg/bee respectively，and all were of high toxicity.The 14d-LC50toE . foetida was （204号 8.99mg/kg ，indicating medium toxicity. Moreover，the 14d-LR50 to C. septempunctata was 0.107g/hm2 and the 24h-LR50 to T ostriniae was 2.84×102g/hm2 . The results of risk assessment showed that the risk to B.mori，A. melifera L.and E . foetida were unacceptable. It is recommendedtocarryoutfurtherisk assessmenttotheinsecticideandavoidtheoverlapsprayingtimewiththeoutgoingpeakof.
