TheEffects of Exogenous Methyl Jasmonateon Grain Filing Characteristics and Yield of Black Higland Barley Seeds ZHAO Xiang-long，CHENGong-xi，QIWen-jingetal（ColegeofPlantScience，TibetAcademyofAgricultureand Animal Husbandry，Nyingchi，Xizang 860000）
AbstractObectiveToclarifytheinfuenceofexogeous methyljasmonateongainflingcharacteristisandieldoflongblackbarley grain.[Method]Longzi black highland barley（six edges）was usedas the test material with O，5O，100，150， 200μmol/L methyl jasmonate sprayedontheleafsurfaceduringfloweringperiod，markedasM1，M2，M3，M4andM5.Result]Thesprayingofacertainconcentrationof methyljasmonatecouldimproveteyieldofbackhglandbarley，andtheyieldofM3treatmentwasthehighest.ComparedwithMed seting rate，1 OO0-grain weight and yield of M3 increased by 9. 80% ， 3.78% and 7.27% ，respectively. It could be seen that methyl jasmonatehadsigiittolackarlyainfilngdd-seingExogenosmethjsmoateramtouldangeeiilin characteristicsofblackbarleygraintoacertainextentComparedwithM1，themaximumgroutingrateofhighlandbarleyincreasedby 3.11% （20 to 2.32g/d ，andthe time to reach the peak point was shortened by O.73don average，and the grouting duration was extended by 0.25d Therefore，metyljasmonateouldireasetegrainfulsbyimprovingthegainfilingproessMethyjmoatetreamentsigiicantly improved the phenotypic traits of black barley. On the 35th day of grouting period，under M3 treatment，the grain area was 2.28% higher than M1，the grain circumference was 1.71% higher than M1，and the grain length，width and length-width ratio were 2. 14% ，5. 14% and （204 1.67% higherthanM1，whichallsowedsignificantdiferences.Conclusion]Exogenousmethyljasmonatecaneffctivelyimprovethegrain filling of longzi black highland barley，and have a positive impact on the yield increase benefit. 100μmol/L methyl jasmonate treatment has the best effect on the grain filing and yield of black highland barley grain.
