Effects of 1% Trichoderma harzianum Pesticide-Fertilizer Granule on the Controlof Fusarium Crown Rot andon the Growth of Wheat

AbstractToclarify the efficacy of 1% Trichoderma harzianum medicinal fertilizer granules in controlling wheat crown rot caused by Fusarium pseudograminearumndteirgrowt-promotigects,isstdyploydtehatcultivarJiai2astetestmaterial.Teatagostic activityofTrichodeaharznumW1(Th-W)agaistFusarumpsedogaminearumA1(p-A)wasevaluatedusingtheplatecofrotatio method,hileadeldeerintsreoucedtoessdaseotroladgowthromotioesulowdhatsignfcantantagonismagaistFp-A:after4daysofcoculturing,tecolonydiameterofp-Aalonereached6.cm,whereaswih-W1 inoculation,it was reduced to 3.0cm ,achieving an inhibition rate of 51.08% . Field and pot experiments revealed no significant differences in germination rates among treatments. However,compared to blank fertilizer granules(T1)or T :harzianum spore treatment(T2),the medicinalfertilgaus)ilpdtoodfrsdssdilmos growth-promotingeects.Aditionally,T3exhibitedmarkedsuppessonofFp-A1,withincidenceratesinpottrialsbeing 38.33% (CK), 16.67% (T1), 20.33% (T2),and 8.33% (T3);disease indices of 5.93% (CK), 1.85% (T1), 2.22% (T2),and 0.69% (T3);and relative control efficacies of 31.99% (T1), 55.46% (T2),and 75.38% (T3).These findings indicate that the synergistic integration of T harzianum with fertizer not only effectively inhibits F .pseudograminearum-induced wheat crown rot but also enhances crop growth,offering a viable strategy for green and sustainable wheat cultivation.
