The Dilemma and Breakthrough of Teacher Turnover in the Corps Field School AnalysisBasedonthe“Push-Pull Theory”

Abstract: In recent years,Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has been deeply implementing the plantostrengthen teachersinbasiceducationinthenewera,continuously strengtheningtheconstruction oftheteaching staffinthe corps,firmly establishing the concept of“talentisthefirst resource”,and adhering to the dual wheel drive of talent introduction and training.However,the loss of teachers in the schoolsofthe Xinjiang Productionand Construction Corps still hasalsignificant impact onthe development of educationinthe Corps,whichihasbecome an urgent problem to be solved.Based onthe“push-pull theory” model,this article analyzes the reasons for teacher turnover in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC)schools fromthree dimensions:adaptability factors in the outflowarea (XPCc schools),development factors in the inflow area (other professional fields),and intermediate force stability factors (personal, social,policy).Targeted solutions are proposed ito provide reference for solving the problem of teacher turnover in XPCC schools and achieving high-quality development of XPCC education.
