Abstract:As a pioneer demonstration zone for China‘s commercial systemreform,Shenzhen has alreadyirealized the“single window service”of core commercial registration services such as enterprise registration andmodification.However，theequitypledgebusinessstillremainsintheofflinesemi-process stageof“onlineappointment + counter review" This model also faces problems such as prominent legal risks,high error ratesinmanualverification,high resource costs，andpoorefficiency.Toaddress theabovedilemmas，this paper,through empirical analysisand comparative research，expounds on themain advantages ofthe fully online process for equity pledge in three aspects:risk preventionand control,intelligent declaration，cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Meanwhile，it systematically demonstrates the feasibility of this modelfromfiveperspectives:policyandregulationadaptation,technical support,processoptimization,material standardization and phasedimplementation.For futuredevelopment,this paper proposes four areas for optimization:formulating specialized operational guidelines,improving theonline error correctionmecha nism,deepeningtheapplicationof equity pledge data，and introducingAI intelligent review.The research confirmst guit ledge has the conditions for implementation intermsof policy,technologyand practice ymeasure to deepen the reformof commercial registrationand opti mizethebusinessenvironment andisof great significance foriimproving efficiency and reducing the financingcostsofsmalland medium-sizedenterprises.
