Optimization Pathways to Improve Job Satisfaction of Non-Regular Employees AnEmpiricalAnalysisBasedonCFPS2020

Abstract:Enhancing thejob satisfaction of non-regular employees,particularlyin government-related units within the public sector,is crucial for improving the efficiency,work level,and quality of various agencies.Basedon therepresentative tracking surveydata fromthe 2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS), this empirical analysis utilized Stata software and multiple regression methods to organize and analyze the relevantdata.The results show that factors such as salary level,employment status(regular or nonregular),socialrecognition, and promotion opportunities significantly influence the job satisfaction of non-regular employees.Additionally,the currenthuman resource management system the public secton still needs improvement.Notably,measures such as optimizing the salary system,improving the work environment,andprovidingdevelopment opportunitiesare urgently needed toenhance the jobsatisfactionof nonregular employees in various agencies.These measures address critical concerns of the majority of nonregularemployees andirepresent important pathways for optimizing their work environment and improving theirjobsatisfactioninthefuture.
