Abstract：The digital economy hasacceleratedthe formation of new qualityproductivity，which has profoundlychangedthecultural tourismindustry.This paper puts forward the theoretical framework ofdigital economy empowering thehigh-qualitydevelopment ofnighttimecultural tourism，empiricallyanalyzes the empoweringeffectand mechanismofdigitaleconomyonnighttimeculturaltourismfromthefivehigh-qualitydevelopment dimensionsof innovation，coordination，greenness，openness，and sharing，and puts forward the policysuggestionsofstrengtheningtheapplicationandtransformationofinnovativeachievements，increasingthecultivation and support of small and medium-sized enterprises，optimizingthe business environment ofculturaltourismindustry，andconstructingamechanismofcoordinatingand governingthewholeregion.
