Research onthe Relationship Between Open Innovation,New Quality Productivityand Firm Performance

Abstract:In thecontext of the development of new quality productivity，this paper constructsa two-way fixedeffect modelbasedonthedataofallA-sharelisted companies from2018to 2022，empiricallytests the impactofopen innovationonenterpriseinnovationperformanceand financial performance,andverifies the mediatingeffectofenterprisenewquality productivityandthemoderatingeffectof financial redundancy. Theresults showthat open innovation hasapositiveimpactontheinnovationperformanceof enterprises and anegativeimpactonthefinancial performanceofenterprises.Thereisapartialmediatingeffect onthenew quality productivity of enterprises； Financial redundancy has a positive moderating effect in “open innovation-new productivity-enterpriseinnovation performance".
