Abstract：This article aims tocomprehensively analyze the current situationof household asset allocation in China and explorerisk prevention strategies in depth.Withtherapiddevelopmentof theeconomy and theimprovement of residents‘income levels，household assetallocationhas becomeafocus ofattention.The growth rateofiwealthinour countryis significantlyfaster than the growth rateofresidents‘ability to control wealth，which poses a security issue for householdasset allocation.

This articlewill conduct a detailed analysis of the total amount，structure，urban-rural differences， riskpreferences，and otheraspects of householdfinancial assets.Atthe sametime，combinedwith risk types such as market risk，credit risk，andliquidity risk，targeted risk prevention strategies will be proposed， which has certain guidance and reference significance for many urban householdsin China.
