Abstract：The construction of China （Xinjiang） free trade pilot zone highlights the strategic advantages of Xinjiang，but also brings new opportunities and challenges，in particular，the Kashgar Pilot Free Trade Zone in Xinjiang has become a strategic platform for the development of southern Xinjiang，with national strategicconsiderations deeplyinlinewiththe overall political，economic，cultural，social and ecological development of the southern Xinjiang region，to explore the future development and positioning of the Kashgar Free Trade Area，first，we should createa harmonious business environment inithe Kashgar Pilot Free Trade Zone and build a first-class service platform. Second， we should create an industry-universityresearchcluster to serve the local economic construction，relyingon the radiation capability and new momentumiofithe Kashgar Free Trade Zone，new products of southern Sunac.
