Abstract:Thisarticleuses theentropy methodand coupled coordination model tomeasurethecomprehensive leveland coordinated development degree of economic development and technological innovation in the nine citiesofthePearlRiverDelta.Itisfoundthatinrecentyears，thelevelandcoordinateddevelopmentdegree of economic development and technological innovationin the nine cities of the Pearl River Delta have beencontinuouslyimproving，with ShenzhenandGuangzhouleadingtheway.Atthesametime,thisarticlecombines the practical mechanismof coordinated interactionbetweeneconomic development andtechnological innovation，and proposescountermeasuresand suggestionsforimprovingtheoveralldevelopmentlevelofthe ninecitiesofthe Pearl River Deltainthenext stage fromthe perspectiveofdual promotionofeconomyand technology.
