Abstract：Financial Managementisacore coursein the Financial Management major，holding significant importance in achievingitalent development objectives.Traditional teaching models suffer from teachercentered monologues，with students finding the course difficultor tedious.The Financial Management curnriculumreformintegrates OBEprinciples，implementingcomprehensive monitoring throughout the learning journey-before，during，and after classes.Course assessment transitions froma traditional single-model approachtoa multi-faceted，holistic evaluation system.Concurrently，course content aligns closelywith corporate development needs，accelerating interdisciplinary integration with fields such as computer science，statistics，and economiclaw.This enables students toeffectivelyaddresscross-disciplinaryinnovationandresearch challengesin professional|settingswithinan interdisciplinary framework.
