Abstract:Therapidurbanizationand internettechnologyhaveexerteddualimpactsonthevitalityofurban commercial spaces.Taking thecentral urbanarea of Ganzhou Cityas theresearch area，this study employs a combinationof qualitative and quantitative research methods.Based on constructinga spatialvitality measurementindex systemfor urban commercial complexes,itinvestigates their vitalitylevelsand influencing factors.The research reveals significant disparities in spatial vitalityamong urban commercial complexes, withcomprehensive foottraffic，business format structure，andonlinereputationexerting notableinfluencesoncommercial complex vitality.Among these factors,comprehensivefoot traffic and onlineactivity levels playpivotal roles.Finally,the studyproposes optimization strategies including improving the spatial structureof commercial complexes，rationallyregulating business format proportions,and enhancing newmedia operation strategies.
