Abstract：Undertheconditionthatthetraditional community governancemodelcannolonger meet thecurrentrequirementsof urban community development，implementingrefined community governance can moreaccuratelyrespond to residents^demands and enhance people's sense of gain and happiness.The refined governance practiceofF Communityin Huizhou City，mainlybased on the“36o Neighborhood Party Building Work Model"，effectivelyintegratesinternalandexternalresourcesofthecommunity，improvestheefficiencyof communityproblem-solving，and enhancescommunitycohesion.Affected bytraditional communitymanagement modelsand top-level governmentdesign，Fcommunitystill faceslimitations infinegovernance，suchasexcessiveadministrative burden，incompleteparticipation mechanismofco constructionunits，lowdegree of professionalization of community workers，andlack ofeffective professional incentives.Itis necessary to improve the fine governance of urban communities by clarifying the list of community responsibilities， strengthening thecollaborativegovernanceof co construction units，enhancing the professional construc tionand professional incentives ofthecommunityworker team，and promoting the gradual transformation of urbancommunity governancemodels.
