Abstract:With the development of quantum computing technology,Shor's algorithm poses a threat to the RSA cryptosystembasedonbigintegerfactorization.WhileLatice-based Cryptographypossessesquantumresistance,itsufersfrom issuessuchasagekeyszes,lowomputationaleencyandisufientcompaibilityiheistigpublicyifasture. To address his,thisstudy proposesaLatice-basedandRSAhybrideneryptionarchitecture withdynamic modulusupdating.It constructsakey exchange protocolbasedontheRing-Learning withErrors (RLWE)problemandacollaborativesecuritymodel fordynamic modulusRSA,enabling theintegrationof post-quantumsecurity mechanisms withtraditional encryptionsystems. Theoretical analysisshows thearchitectureis provablysecure under the IND-CPAsecuritymodel,with securityreduced to the hardness ofthe RLWE problem.Experimentsonthe Huawei Kunpeng 920 platform demonstrateakeygeneration efficencyof 3.8×104 ops/sec,a 2.1-fold improvement over CRYSTALS-Kyber.The encryption latency for IoT terminals is reduced to 45ms ,andit passes fullcompliance testing forNISTPQCRound 4.The studyprovidesatechnicalpathway balancing effciency andcompatibilityforquantum-securitymigration infieldslike5Gnetworksandfinancialinfrastructure,holdingsignificant theoretical and engineering value.
